Job Description:

  • Working with customer lists and/or database, make outbound, follow-up calls to client's existing customers or prospects to qualify leads and sell products and service contracts.
  • Lead Generation, Web Research, Inside Sales, up selling, Cold calling
  • Contact Discovery from social networking sites, Primary/Secondary web research.
  • Experience with International clients on webinar / White paper presentation.
  • Using previous sales experience to overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
  • Provide high quality service to customers and prospects by assessing customer requirements, ensuring prompt response in providing product information.
  • Actively profile all customers and use effective telephone selling skills to promote client's products.
  • Build and maintain an accurate customer/prospect database by profiling and capturing relevant customer and product information.
  • Recommend improvements or changes to internal processes and data processing to meet or exceed sales goals, and to achieve the highest level of client customer satisfaction.
  • A minimum of 6 months of Outbound Sales Experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Job Description:

  • Working with prospect lists and/or database, make outbound follow-up calls to leads/prospects to qualify appointments.
  • The associates will be expected to conduct research and create a target list of prospects based on the defined market segments.
  • The role focuses on appointment generation by hunting for new prospects and driving an impactful initial engagement by a thorough Contact discovery call.
  • Setting up a volume of qualified appointments to increase the chances of more contract conversion and ensure the healthy Sales pipeline for our global business partners.
  • Speaking with Key Decision Makers /influencers.
  • Meet or exceed all marketing quotas and activity objectives in assigned territory.
  • Using previous marketing experience to overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
  • The target geography is North America, EMEA, and APAC. Candidates with experience of US, UK, Europe and APAC based territories will be at an advantage.
  • Appointments need to be generated from online sources like LinkedIn, Hoovers, etc.
  • Prospecting Manager, Director and C level executives.
  • Educational Qualification: - Graduates/ Post Graduates from all streams. Though IT background with six months experience will be an added advantage.

  • Contact discovery (All level- IT, Marketing, Finance, Sales & etc domains) - Retrieving quantitative and qualitative Business Contact Information through variety of search engines (Website, Email Tester, LinkedIn, Google Finance, Zoom-Info, Manta, Inside View, etc)
  • Proactively developing analytical processes and expanding the range of data available to apply to
  • Contact discovery from United States, APEC, EMEA geographies.
  • Planning, management and delivery of projects of all sizes.
  • Maintaining and updating list/database on Excel
  • Verify data points using available in-house tools
  • Be a team player; help achieve team goals and project timelines.
  • Achieve daily, weekly & monthly goals and targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English is must
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge is must.
